The Sabine Parish Library is a public entity designed to serve all individuals who live, work, own property, or attend school in Sabine Parish. Established in 1933 and maintained by a parish-wide property tax millage, the system supports the informational, educational, and recreational needs of its constituents. The main library is located in Many and four part-time branches operate throughout the parish.
The mission of the Sabine Parish Library is to inform, educate, entertain, and culturally enrich the lives of library users, from early childhood to senior citizens, through the use of a wide variety of books and other materials, computers and databases, facilities, and professional services.
