Minutes and Notice of Open Budget Meeting
Sabine Parish Library Board
The Sabine Parish Library Board held a special meeting on November 9, 2022. Present: Donna Ammons, Diann Migliore, Bonnie Miles, Paula Hardee, and Kenneth Ebarb. Absent: Lorene Jones. The result of the Library Millage Tax Election was discussed as well an update on the building project. It was reported that Architect Wayne Coco had informed Library Deborah Anderson that the plans were completed and ready to be advertised for bids.
The proposed 2023 Budget was then presented as follows:

The proposed budget will be available for public inspection at the Many Library on regular workdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm as of November 9, 2022 through December 7, 2022. An Open Meeting will be held at the Main Library on Thursday, December 8, 2022, at 9:30am, after which the final budget will be adopted by the Sabine Parish Library Board.
